Services
With online therapy, you have the opportunity to connect with me from the comfort of your own space.
Telehealth therapy has been beneficial to clients because of the accessibility of their sessions, and because the convenience of sessions allows for commitment to making time and space for ongoing self-care. My therapy style translates well into an online format despite us not being in the same location. My intention is to make the therapy process safe and accessible while not compromising the quality of care.
Telehealth sessions must include:
Both client and therapist are physically located in the state of Ohio
Clinically appropriate for online services
Have access to a private and confidential space

CONSULTING SERVICES
I also offer consultation services to clients seeking graduate school degrees in the mental health field, those looking to begin a private practice, or those providers/colleagues seeking self-care and support so they can effectively continue to provide therapy services to clients in their current position.
In my own experiences, I found that collaboration and consultation with other colleagues or providers is helpful in gaining knowledge and learning about other resources. Establishing connections with other professionals in the mental health field was a priority of mine when I decided to explore pursuing a private practice business.
I work to empower and support other therapists and future therapists to connect to themselves, take inventory of their needs, and to identify their self-care practices, in order to determine the direction they want to take in exploring various career paths.
Delmore Counseling operates as a fee-for-service private practice and is an out-of-network provider with all insurance companies. If you plan to use out-of-network benefits, please contact your insurance provider to confirm coverage before our initial appointment. For existing clients, please inform me of any changes to your insurance if I am submitting claims on your behalf.

I am an out-of-network provider with all insurance companies. Insurance companies require that you meet “medical necessity” and other specific criteria for diagnosing a mental disorder, which is not often needed or relevant to our work. Rather than your insurance company dictating your care, we can work collaboratively on a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs.
I will provide you with the necessary documentation to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement or to meet the requirements for using health savings or flexible savings cards.
Payment can be in the form of credit or debit card, check, Venmo, Zelle, HSA or FSA cards. Payment information is securely kept on file for follow-up sessions, and fees are collected using an auto-pay system.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining the cost of services at Delmore Counseling. Under the No Surprise Act effective January 1, 2022, health care providers need to give clients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. The Ohio licensing board rules require me to provide you with the actual cost of my therapy services in a written informed consent form, which you must be in agreement with prior to receiving services at Delmore Counseling. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Please maintain a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. If there are any changes to my fee structure, you will be notified and must agree to a new informed consent form. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, please visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 614-888-8400.

Currently licensed in the state of Ohio. Pending licensure in the state of Florida. All sessions are virtual, using various HIPAA secure Telehealth platforms. This allows for flexibility to schedule sessions from wherever is most convenient for you and at times that may be more helpful for you so long as the location provides adequate privacy and confidentiality.
Changes in 2025 - The Social Work Licensure Compact Bill is anticipated to be in effect in 2025. This bill will expand telehealth opportunities to clients in all participating states, thus improving the continuity of care when a client travels or relocates and would like to continue receiving services. This bill will provide therapists the ability to expand their services to meet the needs of their current clients and those who may seek services in the future without the obstacle of licensing barriers. For more information about these changes, please visit www.swcompact.org.
